DotRyT Solutions, Inc. (“DotRyT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use our platform, applications, and related services (the “Platform”).
By using DotRyT, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: name, email, company details, billing information, subscription plan.
- Contract & Business Data: solicitations, bids, attachments, line items, compliance documents, past performance, certifications, vendor and subcontractor details.
- AI Interactions: prompts, queries, and AI-generated outputs for purposes of analysis, delivery of the service, security, and improving system performance.
- Usage Data: log files, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, activity within the Platform, and diagnostics.
- Payment Information: processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, WooCommerce). We do not store primary payment card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Platform.
- Process subscriptions, tokens, and transactions.
- Generate AI-based analysis, suggestions, and outputs requested by you.
- Improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Communicate about updates, features, promotions, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Data Ownership & Control
- All data submitted to or generated by the Platform—including outputs, analyses, reports, insights, recommendations, and compiled content—belongs to DotRyT. Users receive a limited license to access and use outputs as described in our Terms.
- Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting sales@dotryt.com. Upon verified request, DotRyT will delete or anonymize personal data, except where retention is required by law, regulatory/compliance obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or contractual necessity.
- Please export or back up your records before requesting deletion; deletion is permanent and may impact your access to the Platform.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information with:
- Service Providers: hosting, AI processing, analytics, customer support, payment processing, and security partners under appropriate contracts.
- Financing Partners (Opt-in): if you elect to use DotFinance integrations, certain company/contract data may be shared with GovCon Capital (govcons.co) or other financing providers solely to evaluate funding.
- Legal/Compliance: where required by law, subpoena, or lawful request; to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Corporate Transactions: in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. AI Processing & Outputs
- DotRyT uses artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to process documents and generate suggestions/outputs.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Outputs are suggestions only and must be reviewed by you.
- You assume full responsibility for the review and use of AI outputs.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, measure performance, and improve functionality. You can control cookies via browser settings; some features may not work without them.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
If you access DotRyT from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer.
9. Children’s Privacy
DotRyT is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
